CERN Tender Opportunity - Supply of 10 X-band high power loads
This enquiry concerns the precision machining, packaging and mechanical control of the X-band high power loads, the CAD drawings of which will be provided by CERN.
• The components will be used in a high voltage and high power application.
• The components are intended to operate under vacuum conditions (10-9 mbar). The helium leak tightness of the x-band high power loads shall be better than 10-9 mbar/s.
• X-band high power loads are intended to operate with microwave radiation at frequency from 11.424 to 11.9942 GHz.
• The raw material of the x-band high power loads will be ferritic stainless steel SS430 and will be supplied by CERN.
The bidding company must have ISO 9000 series certification or equivalent.
