Intertronics at Mediplas - Stand L42
by Peter Swanson (28 August 2012)
Intertronics are exhibiting at Mediplas on 25-26 September with a UV curing focus on adhesives for the assembly of plastic parts for medical devices. On display will be examples of ISO 10993 and USP Class VI adhesives, along with matching application and curing equipment.
This year at Mediplas - on stand L42 - Intertronics will be focusing on how to address issues such as biocompatibility, component validation, structural integrity and production simplicity in the bonding of plastic-to-plastic and plastic to other materials – in applications from simple consumable components to complex equipment. Their product specialists will be pleased to advise how to achieve optimum bonding, potting, sealing, coating and encapsulation performance using repeatable, validated, robust processes with the most effective combination of high quality adhesives, application and curing.

On display will be examples from the Intertronics range of ISO 10993 and USP Class VI adhesives which include DYMAX UV curing products and cyanoacrylates plus Opti-tec and Polytec epoxies. These are matched with the most suitable application and curing equipment, including Thinky mixing and degassing – and Fisnar, preeflow and Liquidyn dispensing products for high accuracy and repeatability.

Intertronics’ successful philosophy is to develop trust-based relationships in order to achieve the best in service, support, advice and supply chain management, whatever the application.
